Excellent instructors and a very well-equipped gym. Whether for beginners or advanced students, the attention is complete and the concern for technique and safety of movements is constant. Head coach Júlio Oliveira, in addition to knowing a lot about the sport, is also super upbeat. I highly recommend the gym!!

I was recommended Júlio from CT 40 Graus, and I confess I scheduled a personal training session without many expectations. Upon arriving, I found an extremely competent professional with extensive knowledge of physiology who not only greeted me very politely but also created a workout plan that respected my limitations. I've been there since January of this year and intend to continue! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable place with good professionals!

The gym has a great space! The workouts are simply wonderful, the kind you fall in love with! The coaches are super kind and attentive! I chose gym #40 because of Coach Júlio!! Only those who know understand! I suggest you go check it out right away!!!

What many people don't know (or ignore) is that the first impression a customer gets is the one that sticks the most. In my case, my first contact with CT 40 was excellent. I was very well received, even though I arrived a little unexpectedly. In the end, the human element matters – a lot! It deserves five stars!

I took a trial class and then I bought a package of 6 classes to last me during my vacation here in Rio. I do not speak Portuguese but the instructors were very helpful and patient in explaining/demonstrating movements. This gym was a great home away from home. Gracias a todxs! 💪🏽 …
